What happen if an item is out of stock?
It can happen that a product is out of stock. If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, you can contact us by watsaap or by email at customercare@gmail.com, one of our lovely team will assist you. We may re-order it for you or propose a similar product.
How do I find my order number?
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail where you will find your CARMEN order number.
Your order will also be associated on your customer profile in our website. If you are having trouble finding your order number, please contact us at customercare@carmen.com, please mention your purchaser name and e-mail.

What shipping method does CARMEN use?
We are using FEDEX and DHL, UPS and our local agent to deliver orders. Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday
Can I cancel my order?
We may not guarantee the cancellation of your order, if this one has already been processed. Please contact us by whatsapp or by email at customercare@carmen.com, please mention “urgent : cancel my order” and indicate your name, phone and order number. If the order was not sent out when our team read your request, then we may be able to cancel it.
Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to cancel your order.
If you do not want to receive your purchase, please refuse it upon delivery. It will be returned to us and we will be able to refund it once we received it. Shipping cost will be deducted. In case you are shipping outside UAE, in case of any additional custom fees, these will be also deducted from your purchase amount.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once the order is shipped, we will be unable to change the delivery address. You can try to request the address change on the carrier’s website. CARMEN will not be responsible for any extra charge due to that change.
What is the estimated delivery timeline and shipping fee?
Your purchase will be dispatched within 2 business days unless the order includes items available in pre-order.
Delivery time will depend on where you are located, our shipping partners and the service of your choice.

• All deliveries are tracked and some must be signed for.
• Please be aware that UAE public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

How can I track my order?
CARMEN will send you an email including the tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your order on the website of our carried (as identified in our email).
If you log in online to your CARMEN Account, you may also follow your delivery by selecting My Account and click on My Orders.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
If you are purchasing from countries outside UAE, please note that if applicable, custom fees, added VAT and countries of destination handling fees are the receiver’s responsibility and may vary from country of destination
What is your return policy?
Very quick and easy! As a CARMEN client, product purchased on carmen.com may be exchanged or returned to Carmen or at one of our CARMEN Boutique, up to 30days from the date of receipt.
We will accept items in their original conditions - unused, no mark, broken pieces, wear marks - and accompagnied by the original CARMEN packaging accompanied with the proof of purchase.
To locate a CARMEN store, please visit our store location page. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Important note:
If the items do not reach us in the conditions mentioned above or are shipped after 30days from receipt, we will not be able to process refund or store credit.
We offer free return to all UAE or CARMEN is not responsible for the
carrier fees for exchanges and returns. You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurance to secure your package. CARMEN will not be responsible for any loss or damages during the transportation

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you choose to return your item with a shipping tracking number, please notify us by email to : customercare@carmen.com
We will process your request within 5 business day after receiving your items.
After received your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please allow up to 20 business days for your return package to reach our address depending on your location.
Exchanges and returns to a CARMEN boutique (Dubai – Paris):
Simply visit one of our boutiques with the item you wish to exchange or return. The refund will be issued by cash or card within 24h to 48h after we received your return.
What happen once my return is received? When will I received my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you return your item by mail to CARMEN the refund will be issued within 5 business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment by the customer. If you return your product to one of our stores, the refund will be issued by cash the same day after the returned item has been returned to the store.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Replacement of defective item
If you receive a proven defective item or defect happens within the warranty period, we will be able to provide a CARMEN Credit in its value, so you can get a replacement. Please contact us at customercare@carmen.com
If the item is broken or defective after 180 days or 365 days period, after you received your order, CARMEN will not be responsible for their replacement or repair. CARMEN is not responsible for lost items, within the exchange period or after.
